About Trauma
Trauma is not only caused by major life events — it can also come from painful childhood experiences, emotional wounds, loss, fear, rejection, abuse, neglect, or difficult relationships. When trauma is not fully processed and released, it can remain stored within the mind, body, and nervous system for many years. These unresolved emotional wounds can continue to affect your daily life, relationships, self-worth, emotional well-being, and even physical health in ways you may not consciously realize. Until trauma is recognized and gently released in a safe and supportive environment, the patterns and emotional pain connected to it often continue to repeat throughout life.
About IFS
IFS (Internal Family Systems) is the most effective and gentle approach to Trauma and Inner Child Healing available. IFS recognizes we all have different “parts” within us. For example, one part of you may feel anxious or overwhelmed, while another part tries to stay strong, in control, or protect you from getting hurt again.
Many of these protective patterns were created earlier in life as ways to cope with painful or difficult experiences. In an IFS session, we approach these parts with compassion rather than judgment. As protective parts begin to feel safer, deeper healing and Trauma Release can naturally begin to occur.
At the center of this work is what IFS calls the “Self” — the calm, grounded, compassionate core within you that is capable of healing and inner connection.

An IFS session for Trauma Release
Trauma Release and Inner Child Healing is a gentle, grounded IFS healing session created to support Trauma Release and deeper inner child healing. This work is designed to help you connect with the younger parts of yourself that may still carry fear, sadness, shame, grief, overwhelm, or old emotional burdens — while also honoring the protective parts of you that learned how to cope, stay safe, stay in control, or keep going.
The purpose of this session is not to force anything open. It is to create enough calm, safety, and inner connection for meaningful healing to happen at a pace your system can handle.
What this session may support
Many people carry unresolved emotional material from childhood, family stress, painful relationships, or other difficult life experiences. Over time, this can show up as recurring triggers, emotional shutdown, self-criticism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility, inner conflict, or a sense of feeling stuck.
In this IFS session, we work respectfully with the different parts of you that hold these patterns. As protective parts begin to feel heard and safer, younger inner-child parts can begin to receive the attention, compassion, and support they have needed. This creates space for Trauma Release, inner clarity, and a greater sense of calm and wholeness.
What happens during a session?
Each session is collaborative, paced gently, and focused on safety and respect for your inner world. Depending on your needs, we may:
- Clarify what you would like support with
- Ground your system and slow things down
- Identify protective parts that have been carrying heavy roles
- Connect with younger inner-child parts that hold unresolved pain
- Support Trauma Release and compassionate inner healing
- Close with grounding, reflection, and integration
Why this Healing Work Is Different
What makes my work unique is a rare combination of skills that very few practitioners possess. In addition to being IFS-informed, I also bring extensive experience in hypnosis, negative energy and entity removal, and quantum healing. This allows me to work in a way that is both deeply intuitive and carefully grounded, with respect for the emotional, energetic, subconscious, and inner-child dimensions of healing.
Through my experience, I have found that it is very common for clients who have experienced significant trauma to also carry negative energies or entities. Trauma can lower a person’s emotional and energetic state, making them more vulnerable to attracting negative energies and allowing these energies to attach more easily. In many cases, unresolved trauma and negative entities are interconnected and must both be addressed for deep and lasting healing to occur.
For this reason, trauma release skills alone are often not enough, and entity removal by itself may only provide temporary relief. If the underlying emotional wounds and trauma are not healed, negative entities can sometimes return within a short period of time. A truly comprehensive release often requires both trauma healing and energy/entity clearing working together.
This session is focused specifically on Trauma Release and Inner Child Healing through an IFS-informed process. However, if negative energies or entities are present and interfering with the healing process, they can also be addressed and removed with the client’s permission.
